I listened to a presentation they gave and realized we needed to get ours up-to date. After a conversation with Mark we realized that we indeed were out of date and they brought some fresh thoughts to the table. the entire process was painless, especially where they could use our old site get going on some ideas and concepts. our back and forth was timely and evolved during the process. we got to see the new site take shape and provide feedback easily. they were able to pull content from us and shape it into what we have today. lots of ideas yet to emerge as we move forward. Mark started working with us at a time when our site was in dire need of a redesign. We were transitioning from less of an archival-type site to a more promotion-based site which would highlight upcoming shows, projects, and announcements. Mark had several one-on-one meetings with our team and was excellent at delivering what we asked for – only better and in a timely manner. Recently our site had a facelift. Mark was able to refresh the site giving it a more updated look while maintaining the branding we wanted to remain consistent.

Mark is excellent at listening to the customer’s needs, delivering a professional result on time and making edits that arise in the development process. I have worked with several web developers in the past and none have been as accommodating as the Pridham Group. Mark does not regard changes to the design as a criticism, but as a necessary part of the web development process. Mark is also excellent at adding additional sections or new pages for one-off projects that seamlessly integrate into the initial design. Mark has always been accessible for last minute changes and provides clear instruction so I can make daily edits with ease.
