The Imperial Theatre, located in Saint John, New Brunswick, was celebrating its 25th anniversary and wanted a new look to kick off the new season.
Their existing website, while functional, lacked the “pizazz” that they wanted.
We were approached to create a website that was cleaner, more aesthetically pleasing, and more focused on the events. It also needed to be easy for the website administrators to update.
Our solution was to create a new mobile-friendly website from the ground up. The content was analyzed, the website navigation was streamlined, and a dynamic new look was created for them.
Custom programming was completed in order to display event information and upcoming shows, as well as make it very easy for the team at the Imperial Theatre to quickly update the information,
We continue to work with the Imperial Theatre by hosting their website and emails, as well as maintaining their domain, website security, and regular maintenance
What The Client Said
We loved working with Mark Pridham! From the very start of the process of conception to the realization of our new website it was a real pleasure and we could not be happier with the results.
Mark was accessible, professional and open to any and all ideas. He kept us on a timeline that worked for everyone and was available whenever we had questions or needed assurance.
He managed all of those small (though very important) details that needed to be handled to create a dynamic and successful website and took all of the worries out of the process for us.
As part of their Website Care Plan, we look after their website hosting as well as making sure their website is safe and secure by ensuring their WordPress application and WordPress plugins are always kept up to date.
Their Care Plan also includes security measures such as Login Protection, SPAM Protection, 24/7 Uptime Monitoring, Daily Off-Site Website Backups, protection against Brute Force Attacks, and regular Malware Scans.
It also includes Monthly Website Reports that let the client know exactly what we did (and when) to protect their website, as well as outlining any requested design or programming updates that we performed on their website.
